Good free clip-art website?

Can anybody recommend a website which provides free clip-art that I can use in a project?
I’ve tried searching but it just returns some really poor quality images or the provider has some sort of catch to using their content.
I am unable to use microsoft’s clip-art site as I don’t have their software to open the images with.
