Can someone help me with a clipart error message?

Im running windows xp with microsoft word 2007. When I try to insert a clipart, i get an error message that says ‘clip organizer cannot complete the operation. Class not registered error code 0×80040154. Ive alreay installed the newest version of the MDAC Can anyone please help me with this issue?
