Can I use Microsoft Word Clip Art in an advertisement for my business?

Am I able to use Word Clip Art in a flyer/ad I’m sending out? I’m sending it to about 500 people, all future residents of a certain dorm. It won’t be published or anything, just a flyer. Are there royalties that should be paid, and could Microsoft sue me? I haven’t made it yet, but I’m just curious if anyone knows so I could avoid trouble :)
