Fancy outdoor chairs at a very posh restaurant on Grote Street called "Auge". It is so posh and understated I never knew the restaurant existed until my husband went there for a work dinner.

Disney is definitely into the fine details. This is "Lumiere’s" restaurant aboard the Disney Magic Cruise ship. As you can probably tell from these light fixtures and the name; it’s inspired by Beauty and the Beast.

How do you set the Kodak M1033 to take in black and white or sepia?

Question by chocfactory92: How do you set the Kodak M1033 to take in black and white or sepia?
I can’t figure it out and I can’t find it anywhere in the manual. Can someone help please?

Best answer:

Answer by Steve P
If it is not in the manual, then more than likely it cannot be done with that camera, especially the sepia setting. Not all cameras will do all functions. Here is a link to more info on that camera:

http://www.kodak.com/global/en/service/publications/urg00847toc.jhtml?pq-path=12700

But here is something you should know. Even if you have a camera capable of setting to b/w or sepia, it is NEVER a good idea to do that. It is always MUCH better to always take the photo in color and convert to b/w with software in the computer. I know your camera came with basic photo editing software. You will use that to change the color photo to black and white. It will do a better job than doing it in camera, plus you still have the color photo if you want that.

When you set the camera to black and white, then that is ALL you have, you CANNOT go back and put the color back… all color data is thrown away. There have been lots of questions on here from people wanting to know how to get the color back in photos they shot with the camera in black and white. It cannot be done…. BUT…. you CAN very easily change the color photo to black and white in your software…. and that is what you need to do.

You should actually be thankful if your camera cannot be set to black and white or sepia… it could be saving you lots of heartache further down the road.
