A two layer textured technique was executed here, from the composite of the base landscape image from the D300….shot some months ago. And the top layer texture of the landscape sand surface at the KLCC Park, Kuala Lumpur only just recently.

The bottom layer was levelled and slightly desaturated.

The top layer(texture) was overlay blended at 55% transparency and 85% effect. Desaturated slightly.
Bottom layer 100%.

Question by _leana_: How do you take blurry free pictures without using flash in a low light environment?
I often take pictures of a metal band on stage and i just wanted know how i can take them without being blurry. I know it has something to do with the shutter speed i believe. Is it possible to change the shutter speed on my camera,,,GE A730 Digital Camera… or does it have to do with something else? Possibly the EV value or the ISO level? If so, would you have to lower either one or raise it?

I am auditioning for a short film Sat. and I’ve never done film before. If I were to get the part, how long does it usually take to film? What should I expect? Can I email the producer (with whom I set up the audition) and ask him what the production schedule is like or would that be a faux pas?

Well it still varies
I’ve edited some thats been done in less than a week
but they have 15+ hr days

so depends all on the film… it gets done when it gets done

Well when i edit i go through at least 100 of film for a short movie

You can convert the video into a animated GIF but it will slow down your computer if its playing on your desktop the whole time, trust me I’ve tried it

I seem to be making some mistakes as far as plagiarism and imitation issues. I don’t want to do anything that’s wrong. My instructor told me to create a ppt on CD-ROM and DVDs. I did using clipart from Microsoft Office Online. But she informed me that it was plagiarism. I’m well aware of the meaning of plagiarism, but I thought all the clipart on there was free. Is it still wrong to use it in your designs and presentations?

Photoshop CS3 Red Eye Tutorial – How to Take Scan Photos and Digital Images and Reduce or Remove Red Eye

The following tutorial will explain how you can take scan photos and digital images and reduce or remove the red eye that may occur when taking pictures. Currently, new cameras and even cheaper ones have technology that already reduce or remove red eye that may case red eye. If you follow the short tutorial below you should be able to remove any harmful red eye within your old or new pictures.

1. Open up Adobe Photoshop CS3

2. Click and hold the bandage icon on the left side of the screen and select the option (Red Eye Tool) that slides out as an extra feature.

3. With the Photoshop Red Eye Tool you get the ability to select the area that you want the red eye tool to look for a circle object that represents the eye.

4. Once you release the area that the eye will be in the program will instantly cover the pupil with a darker color. From close up it may look a little weird but from the original zoom distance it looks good.

Question by Queen Plague: Are there any adobe premiere that take up less then 1gb of ram?
I wanted to buy adobe premiere pro8 but I don’t have enough ram. Are there any older premieres that take up less room? Or any generic adobe wanna be programs? I have already tried Vegas and I don’t like it.

You need 512K of RAM or more for Adobe Premiere Pro 2 . Also, you should have, at least, Pentium 4 processor, Windows XP, and 800 MB of available hard drive for installation (6 GB for additional content). Pinnacle Studio is an alternative, but the new software require more RAM and hard drive.
