I have a Samson C01U Microphone and Adobe Audition. I am recording vocals in my home. What are some tips that will make me sound more professional?

Answer by mixmaster Mic placement is crucial. Singing too close the mic will not sound good nor would standing too far away. A good guide is to flatten your hand and hold it level with the floor. Now place your hand in between your mouth and mic. Also tilt the mic a tiny bit (pointing a bit towards the floor) so you don’t sing straight into it. A pop filter placed in between your mouth and the mic is also a huge help.

I already know a bit about Adobe PhotoShop version 3.0, but alas, my friend only got the Adobe Photoshop version 6.0. At first, I was so pissed because it is somewhat different from the previous version that I know. But thanks to our super galing SME Jaybee, I got the hang of it. For this picture, I wanted to have clouds for background. But it was so difficult to find a picture of clouds that would look so realistic with this pic… in the end, I gave up and just decided to play with the picture… and there you go… Comics ang naging dating. Honestly, I still find it hard… but hey, just like what jym said, Rome wasn’t built in a day.
