Question by Kai B: How do I insert photos, clipart, or animated graphics directly inside my yahoo email and not as attachment?

Question by Luffy: Spiritually Speaking, does anyone know the website where you can insert your own photo into a short movie clip?
There is some website where you can insert your photo into a short movie clip.
The movie clip starts with some white lady talking in a different language at what seems to be a news conference of some sort, and then she holds up a picture of someone she is talking about, and you can actually insert your picture on the photo she is holding up. And then it goes on to show your face on billboards within the city and so on…
Anyone know what im talking about!?

Clipart downloads as an image file – like a photo – so, in the program, you open the photo you want to put the clipart on then File>Open, browse to where you’ve saved the clipart, click on it to highlight and click OK. It will open in the workspace along with the photo you’ve already opened.
Now, here’s where it gets a little complicated. You have to make sure that the clipart file is the same resolution as the photo you’re going to put it on. Click on the Clipart image then Image>Resize>Image Size. If the photo is 300, then the clipart should be 300, too. If it isn’t, make sure that Resample down at the bottom of the Resize window is UNchecked than type in 300 for resolution and click OK.
Now, use the Move Tool to click and drag the clipart onto your photo.
You don’t say what version of Elements you have but for versions 6, 7 and 8 Alibony has some good tutorials.

INSERT
Yahoo dose not offer the Insert option. Only email service that I know of that dose is Outlook Express.
If you do not have Outlook Express enabled call your internet provider they can either set it up for you or walk you through the setup.
Here is another way to do it. http://www.ehow.com/how_4721694_insert-image-yahoo-email.html

Question by mallee102: How can I insert an entire adobe document into a microsoft word document, preserving the entire adobe document?
I need to insert and Adobe pdf file into a microsoft word document. I tried copy and paste, but it only puts in the words. I tried a snapshot, but that only does one page at a time.

You can only put it in as a picture. You cannot put in the actual text unless you copied and paste, as you said you tried. So here it is, I do it all the time at work:
Go to your Adoba File and hit Save As
Save it as a “JPEG” document file, not an Adobe file. (where it says “Save as Type” under “File Name”)
Then go into your Word Document, into a new page.
Click “Insert”, “Picture”, “From File”
Find where you saved the pictures as (they will have saved as separate images per page. Meaning, page 1 will be one image, page 2 a separate image)
Hit the control key to select multiple pages at a time (unless you want to do each page for each page).
Then hit “Insert”
They will show up in the alphabetical order they show up in your file selection, each on their own page for each individual page you have saved from the Adobe File.
That is how to do it. If it doesn’t work for you or I wasn’t very clear, post an update on your question and I will come back and try to get you more help if you need it. But I think I said it clear enough. But I’m no brilliant teacher
Make sure your PDF file looks good, like crop the outlines if you have to. It will look exactly in your Word Document as it does in Adobe.

Question by Jasmine: How can I add clipart animation to a powerpoint presentation and the file not insert as just a regular picture
I downloaded animated clipart from a website, when I look at the downloaded file it is animated but when I insert it into the powerpoint presentation there is no animation just the photo. Thanks for your help.

Answer by jimgmacmvp
Hi,
The file is probably an animated gif (file extension .gif).
Insert gif files into powerpoint as movies. They will play when the presentation is running, but not while you are editing (unless you are using a Mac, in which case you can play them in the normal view).
Use Insert > Movie > From File
