Photoshop Elements, about $ 99 or less. Used software can be found on Amazon as well. However, it’s worth it to own Photoshop and/or InDesign. Ask your friends/instructors—some of them might have the older versions and not using it.

Well…Photoshop makes images. If you save it as a common image type, you can easily use it with any website. You might want to use GIMP to do the slicing.

Hi! these are product specific information you want! Difficult for me to tell you out of the top of my head. But you can try out adobe.com or maybe e-bay or even amazon.

maybe there are more specific software stores, try google sth like – upgrade cs4 online…
