Question by nana_puddin_13: How do you create a boundary for text in Photoshop CS5?
Okay, total newb with photoshop but I’m getting accustomed to most of the tools. The current project I am working on is a manual. What I want to do is split a blank page down the middle (not actually, just so I can see it and format it right), and have bounding boxes on both halves of the pages that way the entire manual has a uniform look. I’ve found out how to actually show where the middle of the image is but I need something that will constrict both sides.

Answer by tejas patel maybe select one side and make it a different layer, then you can edit them as different layers then merge them together, i dont know if this helps but i hope it does
Question by saaz_12: Is there anyway I can create a 45 degree guide (instead of only vertical and horizontal) in Adobe Indesign ?
Best answer:
Answer by Stewy I don’t think that they allow that, but it sure would be a great feature. If all else fails, just create a new later that has a 45 degree line, or edge, and use that as your guide.
Question by Mike T: How can I use Adobe Illustrator to create a vector drawing of some text with white borders?
I’m new to using Illustrator to create vector graphics saved as an EPS file. What I have is some white text that has a red border around each letter. When I select all the text, then go to the type menu and choose “create outlines”, each letter is outlined as one object. Shouldn’t the white outline be one object, and the solid red color inside the outline be another? Just don’t want to send the EPS file to the printing company and have trouble.
Thanks for the help!
Best answer:
Answer by Hannafate There should be an options setting on your text, where you can set the red outlines to be white.
If what you are trying to create is just the outline of letters, with an outline inside and outside, then what you need is a hollow font, or set for “no fill”.

Question by Tony N: How do i create a collage in photoshop with a simple and fast method?
I want to create a poster advertising the yearbook for my school but i want to create a collage as the background. Im going to create it using photoshop and then print it as a 20×30 at Sam’s Club for only $ 10… i want to create a collage filled with tons pictures that i’ve taken.. the pictures should be all the same size and should be in the shape of rectangles.. so basically i just want it a it to be a collage of pictures looking like tiles all over the poster using photoshop.. i was wondering is there a software that helps me do this by simply just selecting the pics i want, the size of each pic and then it arranges it for me… the software does have to be a plug-in for photoshop but it would be great if it is… this way it could catch peoples attention on the poster… I’ve tried doing it the manual way and the photomerge method on photoshop but its taking a long time and is frustrating…. is there a faster method using a software or something… help me please….

Answer by security.geek I recommand you to use Google Picasa to manage and edit your pictures.
Picasa is software that helps you instantly find, edit and share all the pictures on your PC. Every time you open Picasa, it automatically locates all your pictures (even ones you forgot you had) and sorts them into visual albums organized by date with folder names you will recognize. You can drag and drop to arrange your albums and make labels to create new groups. Picasa makes sure your pictures are always organized.
Picasa also makes advanced editing simple by putting one-click fixes and powerful effects at your fingertips. And Picasa makes it a snap to share your pictures ¨C you can email, print photos at home, make gift CDs, instantly share via Hello™, and even post pictures on your own blog.
