download Adobe Flash Professional Trial.
In Fireworks Create whatever text you want eg “Hello World” (You can either use the text feature to get simple text or you can use the paint brush to draw text manually and create something more snazzy like what is in your link). Then Create a duplicate of each letter and place it on it’s own layer. Make it completely white and then adjust the transparency to say 25%. Then Save a .png (flattened) of the text, then another of the text with the text with the first letter’s altenatve version set to visible, then another for the next letter and so on. Then import your series of stills into Adobe Flash Player and set each image as a layer and have it as 1 frame. Save as either .swf or .gif (.gif is more compatible but looks kinda crappy and the files are usually bigger) (.swf is usued very commonly on the web but requires adobe flash player to be viewed, the quality will be great and the files size will be unbelievably small)

Use of Graphics in Computer Animation

Computer graphics have come long way ahead in terms of technology and creativity. Cartoon animation is one such feature that is being used extensively in website designing. In animation different series of drawings are segregated together in order to create movement. Resolution of vision requires at least 24 frames per second in a particular frame. As far as cartoon animation goes, animators and cartoonists both are required to make them.

Cartoonists are people who are responsible for using graphics in developing cartoon characters and inserting the right expressions on their faces. Question by Tomdropthebomb: How do you rotate a layer in Photoshop CS4 animation without it rotating in the other frames?
I’m creating an animation in Photoshop CS4. Whenever I rotate a layer on a new frame it also rotates on the previous frames. I’ve looked about the settings etc and haven’t found a solution. I’m relatively experienced with Photoshop and it’s kinda annoying me! Any help would be amazing!
