Where can I download a cheap version of photoshop?

I need to download photoshop for school and my career. I can use a student version (which is cheaper), but I don’t know a good site to download it from! Please help me find the CHEAPEST version of photoshop on the web!

    There’s a free program called the GIMP that’s just as good as Photoshop, and you can download it from http://www.gimp.org
