If you are using Camtasia, you may add it from Settings. Making the watermark bigger is actually easy even with Paint, but it really depends on the images own quality, that will it be high or low quality.

i just got to the ‘clouds’ part but it doesn’t seem to look like yours. i’m on cs4.
i make a new layer & when i do clouds & goes on a white background. so then i undo it, fill the layer with black and then do the clouds again but it still goes on a white background.
