Also take note of your open and closed chord positions. Take your time in learning this part since there are so many variations to remember and familiarize with.

After that, you are now almost done with learning to play Acoustic Guitar. You now proceed to learning about scales. Begin with major and minor scales then advance to chromatic, whole tone, pentatonic, octatonic and many others. It isn’t really necessary to study all of the scales but if you’re aspiring to be great, then by all means go ahead. After that, all you need to do now is carry on with the guidelines and follow them in order. Simply remember, basics and fundamentals first, variations later.
